The goal of the Bejac Service Department is just this: superior customer service. Whether you have preventative maintenance to schedule or a down machine that needs to be up and running immediately, the men and women of the service department do everything in their power (and outside of it, when necessary) to make it happen.

Led by Operations Manager Roger Rivet, Service Manager Jason McCluer, Rental Shop Supervisor Braulio Saravia, Shop Foremen Hugo Mejia, and Field Dispatcher Mike Watson, our team of highly-trained mechanics gives their best every day. No one on the team is satisfied until the customer is satisfied. The shop does not shut down at 6:00pm - mechanics stay until all the work is done. The thought of a down machine has actually kept staff members up at night trying to figure out the problem. They all know that their performance directly affects our customers’ businesses.

There are very distinct differences that set our team of mechanics apart from other shops - the amount of training and cross-training that takes place on the premises on a daily basis is phenomenal. Our main lines, Kawasaki Wheel Loaders, Link-Belt Hydraulic Excavators, Dynapac Compactors, Indeco Breakers and Multiquip Light Equipment, are constantly feeding the service team with new and updated information on how to maintain and repair their equipment. Of course, if you have one of these machines, it goes without saying that Bejac can handle the job. But the big surprise is that any machine, any make or model, can be repaired with the talented hands of the Bejac service team. Our dedication and knowledge cannot be beat.

We also have specialized areas of service - the light shop, the weld shop, a paint shop, rental mechanics, customer mechanics, field mechanics and warranty administration. The light shop handles all vibratory plates, rammers and walk-behind compactors. In fact, that’s all they do in the light shop, so their knowledge of these smaller pieces of equipment is vast and thorough. The weld shop is, well, just that. This fully developed area can handle any job, from the smallest to the largest, and everything in between. Everything that comes through the paint shop comes out looking new. The full staff of shop mechanics is sub-divided for individual duties, but each crosses over between the rental fleet and customer work as the need fluctuates. Our field mechanics are dedicated field mechanics. Each of the branches has its own staff of field techs and these guys really know how to think on their feet. They each have their own truck, stocked to the brim with parts, supplies, a crane, oils and lubricants, anything they would need on your jobsite. Warranty is a big deal at Bejac - the warranty department will stop at nothing to make sure your covered work is properly billed and paid. And just because the manufacturer says no the first time, don’t expect them to leave it at that. Bejac fights for its customers to make sure problems are resolved and covered.

For those customers who have purchased a machine (or, like many of Bejac’s customers, their entire fleet), the preventative maintenance program is a smart way to go. At regularly scheduled intervals, Bejac will call to set up an appointment for either field mechanic to come to your jobsite, or the machine can be brought in to one of our shops. They will perform the regular maintenance, as well as do a full check of the machine status. If anything needs attention, you will be called and a quote can be offered to fix anything before it becomes a problem thus eliminating down time for you. And notice that an appointment is made at your convenience, a mechanic will not just show up on your job at his convenience and expect you to shut down your machine at their convenience.

As you can see, the goal of the service department is to be your business partner, so to speak. If your machine is working, they’ve done their job.

Next time you need work done on any of your equipment, give the Bejac Service Department a call at 800-77-BEJAC.
