Parts Information

The Bejac parts department is at the top of its class. With a fill rate of over 70%, we cannot be beat (industry standard lingers around 48%). To accomplish this, we keep our 6,400-square-foot dedicated parts warehouse stocked with the highest requested parts. And this truly is solely dedicated to current parts only - there are other, smaller warehouses for warranty parts and other various stored items. And with an average of 6.08 inventory turns a year on our OEM products, you can rest assured that you have a great chance of picking up your parts today. Our doors are open Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. year round. When you do come across that part that we actually do not stock, the Bejac parts staff can just order your parts on-line through the manufacturer's ordering system, getting instant verification that the part is in stock and will ship immediately. All this is done while you are still on the telephone, before you finish your order! For added convenience, your parts can be shipped directly to Bejac for will-call or drop-shipped direct to your door. We're on-line with all our OEM manufacturers, including the engine companies.

The clincher in this whole process? If you need a part that we do not have in stock, and you need it tomorrow, the parts staff will do whatever they can to get the part you need for your machine. Whatever it takes! Where else can you find that level of service?

You say you have a make and model machine not represented by Bejac, but since we're so easy to deal with you don't want to go anywhere else? Not a problem! Bejac has parts for all makes and models at the tips of our fingers. And the same ordering terms apply to all parts ordered.

We have also been running our in-house hose program with great success. With our own hose-making machines, we are able to accommodate a vast array of hose sizes, including those hard-to-find larger metric fittings. We use higher quality material for a longer-lasting hose.

To keep the department flowing productively, Bejac is on the board of the Dealer Parts Councils for both Kawasaki and Link-Belt. Not only are we and active member and attend all council meetings, we are frequently called upon to assist with the development of their own internal policies and procedures. Such reliability and knowledge is reflected in our own operation.
